Day 1 Progress


Day one of development has come to an end and it's gone much better than I expected.  I've been using Unity for a few months now, but I've never worked with its physics system.  Luckily it makes a lot of sense and I was able to pick it up really easily!  So far, I've got a character, some enemies, platforms, and a parallax background.  The game is still missing a health system, more advanced controls, actual level design, and a basic story.  Hopefully I'll be able to work on all of that tomorrow!  Check out the screen shots to see some of the stuff and follow me on Twitch for live updates (www.twitch.tv/hades948).  Thanks to Kenney for the asset pack I purchased a couple weeks ago: https://kenney.itch.io/kenney-game-assets-1/download/uEflkFRfV5zQEOVh0zZ2d3bB3q1GRgZz1BqaX7Ra
